Pumpkin Cream Cheese

For the fall season I have the urge to cook everything with apples, pumpkin and cinnamon just to be festive! I made breakfast with for my roommates, and to try something new, I made pumpkin cream cheese for our bagels. It was absolutely delicious and not too hard either. For the spread I used...

8 oz cream cheese block
4 oz pumpkin pie filling
1 T vanilla extract
2 T sugar
a couple shakes of cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until it is smooth and spreadable

I served the cream cheese on a sesame bagel with cheesy scrambled eggs and a side of bacon! 

Another way to eat this amazing cream cheese is with apples! I cut up a granny smith apple and use the cream cheese as a dip.
